A message from Jim Cottier. 'Due to circumstances beyond my control because of roadworks on the T.T. Course between Milntown and Parliament Square and an alternative detour given to me by the Department Of Infrastructural around the roadworks are unfeasible, I have no option at this time but to postpone the Nelson Trophy Memorial Mountain T.T. which was due to be held on the 24th June.
