2017 Annual General Meeting Outcome

The Manx Road Club is pleased to advise that the following Committee Members were re-elected and elected into office.

President – Mr Mike Kelly

Vice Presidents – Mr Hugh Porter & Mr Jim Duncan

Chairman – Mr Jim Cottier

Vice Chairman – Mr Peter Gage

Secretary - Mrs Ann Cottier

Treasurer – Mrs Mel Draper

Social Secretary – Mr Nigel Clucas

Representatives to IOMCA – Mr Jim Cottier & Mr Richard Draper

Club Coaches – Mr Peter Kennaugh & Mr Brian Draper

The Club would like to express thanks to retiring Committee Member and IOM CA representative Mr Simon Quirk for his contribution to the club over many years.

Also discussed at the AGM was the 2018 racing season.

At present it is proposed that the club will run 3 events for the 2018 road race season. This will include:

1. An individual 25M Time Trial

2. The Nelson Trophy Mountain Time Trial (TT Course)

3. The Fred Kelly Memorial Road Race (approx. 50 mile hill top finish)

Dates, times and venues will be advised once confirmed.
